By using this website or making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation number by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Rates are per room per night in Indian Rupees. GST is charged as applicable.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All adult guests must present valid government photo ID at check-in; the hotel may refuse check-in without valid ID.
• Occupancy must not exceed the maximum stated for the room type.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Pay-at-hotel reservations are held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless a later arrival is confirmed with us.

Conduct

Guests must follow house rules. The hotel may ask guests to leave without refund for unlawful or unsafe behaviour. Guests are liable for damage to hotel property.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited with reception. Website content is provided for information and may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
