Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date (12:00 PM).
• Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: one night's tariff is charged.
• No-show: one night's tariff is charged and the rest of the booking is released.
• Early departure: unused nights may be refunded at the hotel's discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments are initiated within 2 working days and credited to the original payment method by Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

Conference hall

Hall bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the event are refunded in full. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the advance paid.

Bookings through travel sites

Bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda or other partners follow the cancellation policy shown on that partner's website.
