We are on the 3rd floor of Darsi Central Mall (DCM), right above MORE Supermarket on Podili Road, Darsi, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh 523247. A lift takes you straight up. Use the "Get directions" button on our website to navigate on Google Maps.

No. Bhavanam Regency Darsi (bhavanamregencydarsi.com) is an independent hotel in Darsi, Andhra Pradesh, with separate ownership. It has no connection with any hotel of a similar name in Kerala or elsewhere.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
We have 23 air-conditioned rooms: 4 Premium Rooms with a 6 x 8 ft bed, 3 Double Bed Rooms with two 6 x 4 ft beds, and 16 Single Bed Rooms with a 6 x 6 ft bed.
What are the room tariffs?
Premium Room ₹3,000, Double Bed Room ₹2,500 and Single Bed Room ₹2,200 per night, plus applicable GST. Book direct on our website or WhatsApp for the best available rate.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Do you have a conference or meeting hall?
Yes. Our mini AC conference hall seats up to 50 guests and suits meetings, training sessions and small functions. The hall is Rs 5,000 for a full day. Call or WhatsApp +91 90008 69444 to book it.
Is food available?
There is no restaurant on site, but food is supplied to your room on order. Mineral water and an in-room kettle are available.
Do you have free Wi-Fi and hot water?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi and 24 x 7 hot water are available in every room.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the hotel floor is served by a lift, so you do not need to carry luggage up the stairs.
Can I pay online?
Yes. You can pay securely online through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets when you book on our website. You can also pay at the hotel.
Which ID proofs are accepted?
Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence and Voter ID are accepted for all adult guests.
Is parking available?
Yes. Cellar (basement) car parking is available in the Darsi Central Mall building for hotel guests.
How far is Bhavanam Regency from Ongole, Podili and Addanki?
By road, the hotel is about 70 km from Ongole, 18 km from Podili and 32 km from Addanki. Darsi town centre and bus stand are about 1 km away.
Is the front desk open 24 hours?
Yes. Our reception is open 24 x 7, so you can arrive late at night. Please tell us your expected arrival time when you book.
Do you provide a GST invoice for business stays?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued for every stay. Enter your company GSTIN while booking online, or share it at the front desk.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged one night. Online refunds reach the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.

Is an extra bed available?
Yes. A rollaway extra bed can be added for Rs 500 per night, subject to room type and availability. Children up to 6 years stay free using existing bedding.
