Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
Identity proof
All adult guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in: Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID. PAN card is not accepted as address proof. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa (Form C will be filed as required by law).
Payments
We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and online payment through Razorpay. A GST invoice is issued for every stay.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged one night. Refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Children and extra beds
Children up to 6 years stay free when using existing bedding. An extra bed can be added for ₹500 per night, subject to room type and availability.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms; please use the designated smoking zone on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Visitors are welcome in the lobby; visitors in rooms are allowed only until 9:00 PM. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. A lost key card is charged ₹200.
